Goldfish made an unexpected move recently, shifting their marketing to appeal to adults. Instead of the classic name everybody is familiar with, Goldfish changed the name on their packaging temporarily to “Chilean Sea Bass.” Goldfish is for all ages and not just children. They are still the same snack, just branded with a different name. The crackers can be purchased at ChileanSeaBassCrackers.com only from October 23rd to October 30th, and are limited to two bags a person each day at 9 a.m. Many suspect this decision is to match other brands who have been changing their brand names comically or seriously.
