Xavier Evoy is a junior at the University of Detroit Jesuit and a first-time writer for the Cub News. Xavier is experienced in writing for U of D Jesuit, serving as the editor in chief of the CI and CII editions of the Cub Annual and currently an Editor of U of D Jesuit's literary arts magazine, Inscape. Beyond 7 Mile, Xavier is involved in numerous sporting activities for the Cubs. This year will be his third season with the Swim and Dive Team. Xavier can also be heard as a voice of the Catholic League at different events. This will be Xavier's 5^th year at the High, he looks forward to highlighting the newer cubs in an effort to show the benefits of attending the academy (including his own homeroom as a big brother).
